Ordering Instructions

Ordering Channels
  • Website Ordering:
    Select the desired products > Add to Cart > Fill in the order information > Join/Log in as a member > Choose checkout method > Complete the order.
    If you are not yet a member, fill in the order information and enter the default account password to join as a member. You can also join as a member by linking your Facebook account. All members are permanent members. If you are already a member of this website, log in as a member at checkout.

    Please call 0917-372-617 during business hours to check availability.

Ordering Instructions
  • Our online customer service is available from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 - 21:00. Any temporary changes will be announced on social media.
  • For regular orders: Please place your order at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery date. For example, if you order today, your order will be shipped on the earliest business day after tomorrow.
  • If certain flowers are unavailable due to seasonal or other uncontrollable factors, we will replace them with equivalent flowers in season to achieve a similar effect.
  • In the event of a shortage of flower vases or accessories shown in the pictures, we will replace them with suitable containers or accessories.


Delivery Instructions
  • Please enter the specified delivery date on the checkout page. For home delivery, specific delivery times cannot be specified.
  • For special delivery time requirements, please use the order notes, the "Contact Us" section on the official website, private message Resana Flower's Facebook fan page or IG, or call us for assistance. Our staff will assist you.
  • When using home delivery, there may be a one to two day discrepancy in delivery times to remote areas depending on the delivery conditions. If you need the gift delivered on a specific date, we recommend placing your order early.
  • Only one recipient may sign for a single flower gift. If there are multiple recipients at the same address, but different signatories, it will be considered as separate orders.
  • The shipping fee for each transaction includes only one delivery charge. Please ensure that the recipient information is complete and that the flower delivery address can be signed for within the selected time to avoid a second delivery (including address changes), which will incur an additional delivery fee.
